MaxShine Guarantee
As of September 1st, 2023, MAXSHINE will maintain, repair or replace any defective tool, due to faulty materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the warranty. Subject to certain exclusions below. Receipts are required for all warranty claims. MaxShine does not cover shipping cost for repairs.
COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTY
Included in the purchase of a MaxShine Dual Action or Rotary Polisher is a one-year comprehensive warranty, from purchase date. Mini Cordless Polisher batteries have a 30-day warranty from purchase date. Please see individual product warranty listed on each product page for details.

EXCLUSIONS
If the equipment has been dismantled prior to being sent back to an authorized seller or an authorized MaxShine technical support center, it may no longer be qualified for the warranty.
Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, overloading, improper handling, or other damage caused by not following operating instructions, or any fault acknowledged at the time of purchase, will not be covered by warranty.
There are certain components which simply do not last forever. We maintain an assortment of replacement parts for repairs. Contact your dealer or MaxShine Customer Service for more details.
MaxShine cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to the correct address, yet you have not received it, we kindly advise you to promptly contact the package carrier or local authorities for assistance.

Dual Action Polishers & Rotary Machines
Included in the purchase of a MaxShine Dual Action Polisher or Rotary Machine is a 1-year mechanical warranty, from purchase date. Exclusions include but are not limited to dismantled equipment, normal wear and tear, improper use and not following standard operational instructions.
Mini Cordless Polisher Batteries
Included in the purchase of MaxShine Mini Cordless Polisher Batteries is a 30-day warranty comprehensive warranty, from purchase date. Exclusions include but are not limited to dismantled equipment, normal wear and tear, improper use and not following standard operational instructions.
Foam Cannons
Included in the purchase of a MaxShine Foam Cannon is a 30-day comprehensive warranty, from purchase date. Exclusions include but are not limited to dismantled equipment, normal wear and tear, not following standard operational instructions, and clogged bottles due to use of gloss soaps.
Pressure Washer Gun
Included in the purchase of a MaxShine Pressure Washer Gun is a 30-day comprehensive warranty, from purchase date. Exclusions include but are not limited to dismantled equipment, normal wear and tear, and not following standard operational instructions.
Organizers
Included in the purchase of MaxShine Organizer is a 6-month comprehensive warranty, from purchase date. Exclusions include but are not limited to dismantled equipment, normal wear and tear, and not following standard operational instructions.
Carts
Included in the purchase of a MaxShine Detailing Cart is a 1-year comprehensive warranty, from purchase date. Exclusions include but are not limited to dismantled equipment, normal wear and tear, and not following standard operational instructions.
Dryers
Included in the purchase of a MaxShine Mini Handheld Dryer is a 30-day comprehensive warranty, from purchase date. Exclusions include but are not limited to dismantled equipment, normal wear and tear, and not following standard operational instructions.
Pads
Included in the purchase of a MaxShine Foam, Wool or Microfiber Pad is a 30-day comprehensive warranty, from purchase date. Exclusions include but are not limited to dismantled equipment, normal wear and tear, and not following standard operational instructions. Misuse of chemicals resulting is damage to pads will not be covered by warranty.
Chemicals
Included in the purchase of MaxShine Chemicals is a 30-day comprehensive warranty, from purchase date. Exclusions include but are not limited to improper use of product. Warranty is only accepted as an exchange for the same product. Used product will not be eligible for warranty claims.
Clay Bars
Included in the purchase of MaxShine Clay Bars is a 30-day comprehensive warranty, from purchase date. Exclusions include but are not limited to improper use of product. Warranty is only accepted as an exchange for the same product. Used product will not be eligible for warranty claims.
Graphene Ceramic Coating
Included in the purchase of MaxShine Graphene Ceramic Coating is a 30-day comprehensive warranty, from purchase date. Exclusions include but are not limited to improper use of product, and normal wear and tear. Warranty is only accepted as an exchange for the same product. Used product will not be eligible for warranty claims.

Towels
Included in the purchase of MaxShine Towels is a 30-day comprehensive warranty, from purchase date. Exclusions include but are not limited to improper use of product, and normal wear and tear. Warranty is only accepted as an exchange for the same product.
Backing Plates
Included in the purchase of MaxShine Backing Plates is a 30-day comprehensive warranty, from purchase date. Exclusions include but are not limited to not following standard operational instructions, and normal wear and tear. Warranty is only accepted as an exchange for the same product. Warranty is not valid for backing plates purchased within a set with polisher. Only backing plates purchased individually will be eligible for warranty claims.
*To efficiently process a claim under warranty please keep a copy of the proof of purchase with the MaxShine product name, business name where purchased, and the purchase date.
