The 3-inch backing plate supports up to 12000 OPM, while the 5-inch plate supports up to 10000 OPM, allowing them to work with other high-speed car polishers. The unique Smart Heat technology provides vertical and horizontal venting with a center recess to reduce heat within the plate, ensuring smooth contouring on intricate areas such as complex edges and body lines.
